New Classes begin at CHC
We have begun a whole new schedule at Carolina Health Club that leaves something for just about everyone when it comes to group fitness classes. Some of the classes are women’s only classes, some co-ed, some for the older among us, all have verying fitness levels and workouts. If you want to get fit, there is really no better way than to make a fitness class a regular part of your week. Our talented and vibrant instructors will keep things varied so that you body does not get used to the same old workout. And it is always easier to exercise when others are doing it with you.
Check out our online calendar to see exactly what is happening for the week. Keep in mind that each class is taught with three levels of fitness, so even if you are just beginning, you can try out a class and do it at the beginner level.
If you have further questions, contact our front desk or come and just watch. Classes are all open to members and non-members alike. If you are not a member, you can purchase a 10 session punch pass for $55. It is a great way to test out all of the classes before you decide.
